bnb69 Terms & Conditions

The following defined terms are used throughout these Terms & Conditions. Where the context requires, words in the singular include the plural and vice versa.

Access to and use of the bnb69 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which are non-negotiable and apply without exception:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which your Account remains active. bnb69 strictly prohibits access by minors. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 or older.
• Legal capacity: You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your country of residence. You must not be under any form of legal guardianship that would prevent you from entering into such an agreement.
• Residency: The Platform is operated with a primary focus on players residing in Indonesia. You confirm that your use of the Platform is permitted under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether online gambling is legal in the territory from which you access the Platform.
• Single account: You may hold only one registered Account on the Platform. Operating multiple accounts is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances held therein.
• Not a Restricted Territory resident: You confirm that you are not located in, or a citizen or resident of, any Restricted Territory as defined by bnb69's compliance policy at the time of access.
• Self-exclusion status: You confirm that you have not voluntarily excluded yourself from online gambling platforms and are not subject to any court order or regulatory direction prohibiting you from gambling.

To access real-money games and betting markets on the Platform, you must register an Account by completing the registration form and providing accurate, current, and complete information. The following conditions apply to your Account:

• Accuracy of information: All information provided during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and preferred payment method details — must be truthful and accurate. bnb69 reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. Any activity carried out on the Platform using your Account credentials is your sole responsibility.
• Password standards: Passwords must meet bnb69's minimum complexity requirements as displayed during registration. bnb69 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) for additional account security.
• Notification of unauthorised access: You must notify bnb69 immediately via Live Chat or email at support@bnb69.club if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account or any security breach affecting your login credentials.
• Account transferability: Accounts are personal to the registered holder. You may not sell, transfer, assign, or otherwise dispose of your Account to any third party. Any attempt to do so will result in immediate termination of the Account.
• Corporate accounts: Accounts registered in the name of a corporate entity, trust, or any non-individual legal person are not permitted without the express prior written consent of bnb69.

bnb69 is required to conduct Know Your Customer (KYC) verification in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming standards. KYC verification may be requested at any stage of your relationship with bnb69, including at registration, prior to processing a withdrawal, or when account activity triggers a compliance review.

The following documents may be requested as part of the KYC process:

• Proof of Identity: A valid government-issued photo identification document, such as an Indonesian National Identity Card (KTP), passport, or driving licence. The document must show your full legal name, date of birth, photograph, and document expiry date.
• Proof of Address: A recent utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence issued within the past three months confirming your residential address. P.O. Box addresses are not accepted.
• Proof of Payment Method: A screenshot or photograph of the bank account, e-wallet, or payment method used to deposit funds, confirming that the payment method is registered in your name. bnb69 does not accept deposits from or process withdrawals to third-party payment methods.
• Source of Funds Declaration: In cases where transaction volumes exceed specified thresholds, bnb69 may request a written declaration or supporting evidence of the source of funds used for gambling activity.

Failure to provide the requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by bnb69 will result in the suspension of withdrawal processing until documentation is received and verified. bnb69 may, at its discretion, close an Account where KYC requirements cannot be satisfied within a reasonable period.

All deposits to your bnb69 Wallet are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). bnb69 supports the following deposit methods:

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Permata, and BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia).
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja.

The following conditions apply to all deposits:

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your Wallet.
• Personal payment methods only: All deposits must originate from a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends, family members, or business partners — are strictly prohibited and will result in Account suspension.
• Deposit confirmation: Bank transfer deposits are credited upon confirmation of receipt by bnb69's payment gateway. E-wallet deposits are typically credited within minutes. bnb69 is not responsible for delays caused by the issuing bank or e-wallet provider.
• No deposit fees: bnb69 does not charge fees on deposits. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which bnb69 accepts no liability.
• Currency: All deposit amounts must be in IDR. Deposits in foreign currencies are not accepted.

Withdrawals from your bnb69 Wallet are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, subject to the following conditions:

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000.
• KYC completion required: All withdrawals are subject to successful completion of KYC verification as described in Section 4. bnb69 will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the verification process.
• Processing times: Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes of approval. E-wallet withdrawals are typically processed within minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume or where additional verification is required.
• Withdrawal method: Withdrawals will be returned to the same bank account or e-wallet from which the deposit was made. bnb69 reserves the right to refuse withdrawals to payment methods that differ from the deposit method without a valid documented reason.
• Active bonus conditions: If your Account holds an active Bonus with an outstanding Wagering Requirement, the portion of your balance attributable to Bonus funds is subject to the applicable Wagering Requirement before it may be withdrawn. Real-money balances are not affected by Bonus Wagering Requirements unless otherwise specified in the relevant promotion's terms.
• Withdrawal fees: bnb69 does not charge fees on standard withdrawals. In exceptional circumstances — such as withdrawal requests that require manual international wire processing — a fee may apply, and you will be notified in advance.

bnb69 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, as well as any additional terms stated in the specific promotion:

• Eligibility: Bonus offers are available to Players who meet the specific eligibility criteria stated in each promotion. bnb69 reserves the right to restrict bonus eligibility to new Players, existing Players, or Players meeting defined activity criteria at its sole discretion.
• One bonus per Player: Unless otherwise stated, a Player may claim each promotional offer only once. Attempting to claim a bonus multiple times through multiple Accounts constitutes abuse and will result in Account termination.
• Wagering Requirements: All Bonuses are subject to Wagering Requirements as stated in the relevant promotion. Wagering Requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings generated from Bonus funds may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier, eligible games, and time limit for completion will be set out in the promotion's specific terms.
• Game contribution rates: Different game categories contribute at different rates toward satisfying Wagering Requirements. Unless otherwise stated: slots contribute 100%; live casino games (including baccarat and roulette) contribute 10%; togel markets contribute 25%; sportsbook bets contribute 100% at minimum odds of 1.50 per selection. These rates are subject to change with notice.
• Maximum bet restriction: While a Bonus Wagering Requirement is outstanding, the maximum permitted bet per game round or sporting event selection is Rp 200.000 unless the specific promotion states otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a Bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the Bonus and associated winnings.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed within the stated claim window, and Wagering Requirements not completed within the stated completion window, will expire automatically and be removed from the Player's Account without compensation.
• Abuse and fraud: bnb69 reserves the right to withdraw any Bonus and void any winnings derived from it if bnb69 reasonably suspects that a Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: using automated betting software, placing offsetting bets to lock in a guaranteed return from Bonus funds, or coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional terms.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bnb69 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age.
• Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information at registration or during KYC verification.
• Operating or accessing more than one Account on the Platform.
• Using software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, exploit game mechanics, or otherwise automate Platform interactions.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or collusion with other Players, sporting participants, or third parties in relation to sportsbook markets offered on the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, pricing errors, or technical glitches to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring deposits to avoid reporting thresholds, or using the Platform for any purpose other than genuine recreational gambling.
• Attempting to access other Players' Accounts, or attempting to intercept, tamper with, or reverse-engineer any Platform communications or software.
• Using payment methods registered to another person to fund your Account.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing bnb69 staff or other Platform users through any communication channel.

All content on the bnb69 Platform — including but not limited to the website design, layout, graphics, logos, text, game interfaces, software, databases, and the bnb69 brand name and mark — is the exclusive intellectual property of bnb69 or its licensed Game Providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and database laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, recreational gambling purposes. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or commercially exploit any Platform content without the prior written consent of bnb69.
• Modify, adapt, translate, reverse-engineer, disassemble, or decompile any Platform software or content.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or application without express written authorisation.
• Use bnb69's brand name, logo, or trademarks in any marketing, social media, or promotional material without prior written approval.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bnb69 excludes all liability for the following:

• Gambling losses: bnb69 is not liable for any financial losses incurred through gambling activity on the Platform. You acknowledge that gambling involves inherent financial risk and that all betting and gaming decisions are made voluntarily and at your own risk.
• Service interruptions: bnb69 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. bnb69 accepts no liability for losses or inconvenience caused by technical failures, scheduled maintenance, or circumstances beyond bnb69's reasonable control, including internet outages, third-party payment gateway failures, or force majeure events.
• Third-party game outcomes: Game outcomes generated by third-party Game Providers are determined by certified random number generators. bnb69 does not control and accepts no liability for individual game outcomes, payout percentages applied over any given session, or any perception of bias in game results.
• Third-party websites: The Platform does not link to external third-party websites. To the extent that any third-party content is referenced on the Platform, bnb69 accepts no responsibility for the accuracy, availability, or content of such external sources.

Nothing in these Terms limits bnb69's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

bnb69 is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform provides a suite of responsible gaming tools accessible from every Player's Account dashboard, including:

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Once set, a limit reduction takes effect immediately; a limit increase requires a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before becoming effective.
• Session time limits: Players may set a maximum session duration. A notification will be displayed when the session limit is reached, and the Platform will prompt the Player to take a break.
• Cooling-off period: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. During this period, the Account is locked and cannot be reactivated by the Player.
• Self-exclusion: Players who believe their gambling may be becoming harmful may apply for permanent self-exclusion. A self-excluded Account is permanently closed and cannot be reopened. Any balance remaining at the time of self-exclusion will be refunded to the Player's registered payment method following KYC verification.

bnb69 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or bonus abuse.
• Receipt of a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute raised against bnb69 by a Player or their payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.
• At the Player's own request, including in the context of a self-exclusion application.

Where an Account is terminated for cause, bnb69 may, at its discretion, withhold any balance attributable to Bonus funds or winnings derived from prohibited conduct. Real-money balances deposited in good faith will be returned to the Player's registered payment method following verification, subject to any outstanding investigation.

Players wishing to voluntarily close their Account may do so at any time by contacting the bnb69 support team via Live Chat or email. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days.

bnb69 collects, stores, and processes personal data in connection with the operation of the Platform, including for account management, payment processing, KYC verification, fraud prevention, and customer support purposes. The full details of how bnb69 handles your personal data — including your rights as a data subject, the legal bases for processing, and how to exercise your data rights — are set out in the bnb69 Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions.

By registering an Account, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.

bnb69 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, bnb69 will notify registered Players by email to the address on file and by displaying a prominent notice on the Platform for a period of not less than 7 days prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as set out in Section 12.

The current version of these Terms will always be available on this page, together with the effective date. bnb69 recommends that Players review the Terms periodically to remain informed of their rights and obligations.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which bnb69 holds its international gaming licence. This choice of law does not affect any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of Indonesia or your country of residence.

In the event of any dispute between you and bnb69 arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting bnb69's customer support team. bnb69 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days and to reach a final resolution within 28 days of receipt of a complete complaint submission.

If an informal resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the dispute resolution body designated by bnb69's licensing authority. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from the bnb69 support team.
